Esteem for Skilled Labour

I have always held the work of skilled labourers in high esteem: I value the expertise and skills of craftsmen passed down from one generation to the next.  I am a regular visitor of flea markets in search for ornate products of old times. I look for meticulously crafted elaborate ware, not mass-produced but meant to last and satisfy individual tastes. I am pleased that high-quality skilled labour is still highly regarded in Hungary, as is reflected by the large team of Hungarian contestants entering the European Championship of skilled workers held in the Hungarian capital. Besides our ranking among the top three and our success, this is the most promising sign. There were so many skilled workers successfully performing at the prestigious competition that the luncheon organised in their honour was held on the Europa Boat.
